NEW AVON REPRESENTATIVES BLOG
It is important you read all the information contained herein. It will guide you through getting online, placing your very first Avon order, setting up your banking,ordering from the What's New and Jump Start Your Business flyers. ________________________________________________________________





THE BASICS...
Begin by putting your name and phone number on the back of every brochure along with the date the order goes in. The Campaign dates are listed on the main District Blog if you were not given them when you received your Starter Kit.

Pass these brochures out to your family members, neighbours and co-workers (it is a good idea to give each person two brochures and ask them to help you build your business by passing one brochure on to a friend).
GETTING STARTED...
HOW TO LOG INTO YOUR AVON WEBSITE:

 Wait 24 hours after your sign-up before attempting to log into your account.
 Then go to www.avon.ca
 Click on Login to your Avon account located at the top right hand side of the screen.
 This screen will appear. Click on “Register Here” The page will refresh to dis-play an online form. Fill it out and give yourself a PASSWORD and click on sub-mit.
 You can now log back in using the first 8 digits only of your account number and your password.





HOW DO I PLACE MY FIRST ORDER?


1. Log into your Avon Account
2. Click on PLACE AN ORDER on the black dashboard
3. Click on this to view a detailed explanation along with screenshots on how to place your order.




 Leadership Representatives on where to find PLACE AN ORDER:



Using the SELECT box in the gray dashboard above ALWAYS choose the current campaign, then click on GO, then click on REGULAR and click again on GO - this will take you to Step one where you can begin entering your customers orders.



STEP 1:
When you enter in product codes (six digit numbers from the brochure no dash), click on VERIFY to make sure you have gotten the right product for the customer, then click SAVE. This will hold your order in STEP 3 till you are ready to submit it. Do not submit your order till the scheduled day!!





4. When ordering your Brochures, remember they come in packs of 10 brochures so be careful to only order ONE if you want a pack of 10. If you put down 10 you will get 100 brochures and you will be charged for 100. Make sure to order the ENGLISH version!


It is also important on this STEP 1 that you fill out the Essential Information section...



5. You will need to order paper bags to put your customers order in. Look for the codes by clicking on the tab above called "Delivery Needs".
***IF YOU WISH TO USE COMPANION, WAIT TILL YOUR THIRD CAMPAIGN



HOW TO BACK ORDER FROM A PREVIOUS CAMPAIGN...
This is VERY IMPORTANT - we can always order from the current Brochure and two back. If you need to order a product for a customer from a previous campaign ALWAYS ALWAYS begin with the current campaign and then use the drop down arrows in the picture below to change back to a previous brochure number. If you try to do a separate order for that previous brochure you will split your commission (losing money) and you will be charged a $5.95 late fee.



HOW TO FIND YOUR ONLINE INVOICE...
Your order will come with a "Order Summary Sheet" which shows you what products are in your box. This is NOT an invoice.

To view your Campaign Invoice, log into your account, click on "MY ORDERS" then "ORDER TRACKING AND INVOICES"



You will find the MESSAGE CENTRE at the bottom of your invoice, scroll down to read important updated information regarding product code changes, product delays and no longer available items.

***It is important that you print off your invoices each Campaign as Avon does not archive them.
